Singer-composer Indeep Bakshi, best known for last year's mega-hit 'Saturday Saturday' (from Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania), is all set to rule the radio and air waves all over again.

It's not as though he's been idle all this while. In February, the 24-year-old released the single '36 Aayengi 36 Jaayengi' via Times Music, which was the kind of playfully happy dance tune he is generally known for. A couple of weeks later, he sang the song 'Tere Liye' from the movie Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend, which was the exact opposite in that it was a slow, introspective ballad.

Now, Bakshi will be releasing a single every month, a prospect that should excite his fans. At the end of September, he'll be releasing a single called 'Booty Shake'. Thereafter, he has two back-to-back singles. The first, in which he has collaborated with singer Neha Kakkar, is called 'Baby Go Wild', while the other is called '2 Am'. Both, he says, are R&B numbers that are meant to be "slightly naughty and catchy".

"I think R&B is going to come back in a big way," he said, in a phone conversation with HuffPost India. "Earlier, I used to be told that Punjabi music and house cannot mix, it doesn't sound good... but now it's the norm. Similarly, I think this could kick-start some sort of a trend."

Those hoping for another 'Saturday Saturday', however, will have to be patient till January. In his third Bollywood song, for the upcoming action thriller Tina And Lolo, Bakshi will be back in his element in a song picturised on none other than Sunny Leone, the film's lead actor (along with Karishma Tanna). "It'll be an out-and-out dance number," he said. "I am quite excited about it."
