Those visual cuts, by the way, are (wait for it) kissing scenes. According to the Indian Censor Board, the passion of Craig's kisses in the latest 'Bond' film had to be diluted by cutting the amount of time the kiss actually lasted for (FYI, the same consensus was rolled out for too much lip action in the Ranbir Kapoor -Deepika Padukone starrer, Tamasha as well).
While one wonders what the CBFC uses to measure overt steaminess in scenes, the board is (naturally) facing more than a fair share of trolling on Twitter. Here are some hilarious tweets that have been doing the rounds all day:
Bond franchise to create an exclusive Bond movie suitable for passing by Indian Censor Board. Alok Nath to play the role of James Bond.
