Originally a theatre actor, Rajesh Vivek, who was seen in many Bollywood hits such as Lagaan (2001) and Jodhaa Akbar, (2008) died of a heart attack yesterday in Hyderabad. He was 66.
His role of astrologer 'Guran' in Lagaan added to his fan following the most. The former actor has acted in horror flick Veerana (1988) and is remembered as Nivaran, the post master from Swades (2004).
He made his debut with Shyam Benegal's Junoon in 1978.
