In a final goodbye, Mallika Sarabhai paid a special tribute to mother, Mrinalini Sarabhai, legendary classical dancer, who died at the age of 98 on Thursday.
Mallika, who is also a renowned classical dancer, performed Krishna Nee Begane Baro, a Carnatic composition in praise of Lord Krishna.
In a Facebook post on Friday, Mallika, who is also a writer and social activist, attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not condoling her mother's death.
Later in the day, Modi sent his condolences to Kartikeya Sarabhai, Mrinalini's son.
