Man saves woman’s life with CPR he learned from an episode of The Office
A 21-year-old man in Tucson, Arizona saved a woman’s life after providing CPR that he learned from an episode of the TV show The Office. Cross Scott saw an unconscious woman in the driver’s seat of the car which was moving forward slowly.
He placed a rock in front of a tyre to keep the car from rolling. He checked the pulse of the unconscious woman and did not feel anything. According to The Arizona Daily Star, Scott remembered an episode of The Office in which Steve Carell’s character does chest compressions on a practice dummy to the beat of the Bee Gees song “Stayin’ Alive” during an in-office CPR training.
With that in mind, Scott leaned over the woman, got his hands in position and began singing the song out loud. The woman started breathing again in maybe a minute.
