Pakistan has been in the news recently for the Easter Sunday bombing that took place in Lahore, claiming over 60 lives and leaving over 300 injured. From the same country, comes a heartwarming story that will give you hope about humanity.
Wahid Khan, a Karachi resident celebrated Holi with his friends in the city. While returning back, he decided to take the bus instead of a rickshaw, even after being warned by his friends about not taking public transport. But Wahid was determined and finally took the bus as he wanted to see the reactions of people and also use the public space to celebrate diversity.
And his social experiment worked! One man seated next to him took notice of him and started a conversation he had perhaps wished for.
Here's the entire conversation from Wahid's Facebook page
And he thanked the social media for the great response that he received.
