Earlier last week, Bangladesh faced a humiliating loss at a group stage match to India by one run. While the entire country mourned the loss at Wankhede yesterday, Rahim took to social media to express his happiness at India's defeat.
This is what he posted on Twitter.
He also took to his Facebook page and expressed his joy.
This didn't really go well with desi fans mourning India's defeat.

Showed the true colours.
One refreshing thing coming out of Rahim's tweet is that they have Colour TVs in Bangladesh.

Rahim kar hum par.
Mushfiqur Rahim has become famous for his deleted tweet than for his cricket performances. What a shame for a sports person.

Mushfiqur ने उड़ता हुआ तीर ले लिया है।
Rahim realised he had touched a nerve and apologised.
