Prakash Jaju, Priyanka Chopra's ex-manager, in a series of tweets has said, that the former Miss World tried committing suicide a couple of times in her struggling days.
PC may look very strong now but she was also very vulnerable in struggling days, tried to commit suicide 2-3 times but i managed to stop her

Jaju, in his tweets has also mentioned about her troublesome relationship with ex-boyfriend Aseem Merchant and the frequent fights between the two. One of the tweet mentions the time when the Dil Dhadakne Do (2015) star drove to Vasai to end her life.

Jaju also said that Priyanka, who is currently shooting for her upcoming Hollywood project, Baywatch, was allegedly very close to her ex Aseem Merchant's mother and tried committing suicide after her death in 2002.

Things have not well since Priyanka allegedly terminated Jaju's contract and Jaju filed a criminal lawsuit against her in the Mumbai court.
Jaju had also served 67 days in prison after Priyanka's father, late Ashok Chopra, filed a suit against him for intruding his daughter's privacy.
