This was a situation straight out of a Bollywood movie.

A few days ago, a woman from Kanpur, who works as a domestic help, became one of the richest women when an amount of Rs 95,71,16,98,647 was credited to her State Bank of India (SBI) account, reports Hindustan Times.

A resident of Kanpur's Vikas Nagar, Urmila couldn't believe her luck when she got a message from her bank saying the massive amount had been deposited in her account.

She had opened a savings account by depositing Rs 2,000 with the SBI's UPSIDC branch in Vikas Nagar as a part of the central government's Jan Dhan Yojana.

Urmila rushed to the bank with Lalta Prasad Tiwari, an account holder who helped her open her bank account.

Even the bank officials, who could not calculate the amount easily, were left stunned on seeing the figure.

On inquiring in the bank, she was told that the bank had deposited a 'fictional amount' as she did not have sufficient balance in her account.

Now, Urmila's only worry is her Rs. 2,000 should be safe. "I do not want to contest as to how it happened. My only worry is the Rs. 2000. That should be safe," said Urmila.

The bank has now activated her account, which is showing the correct balance of Rs. 2000.
